We understand that plans can change.
 

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a reasonable cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred and loss of booking availability.
 

If a customer fails to attend an appointment or cannot provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time, a call-out fee may apply.
 

Appointments affected by severe weather or circumstances outside either party's control may be rescheduled without penalty.
 

Fresh Ride Co. reserves the right to waive cancellation fees at its discretion.
